redrone said:yeah i was thinking more of M1 technology incorporated into the street bikes. i do really like the way the M1 looks though. it's definitely too expensive to produce some of the parts and yes GP bikes are not supposed to mass produced (per GP rules). but yamaha has done a great job on incorporating some GP technology on the R1, like the inverted swing arm and the radially mounted brake calipers and even the carburated/fuel injection system was race inspired.
