 Are you sure it's 500 mile service?? The 528i has to be at least 2-3 years old. Didn't BMW stop making it and go to the 530i? So how did you get a 528 with only 500 miles? Not being a smart @$$, I have a 330i and I am just curious.

K I found the adjustment spot i think... they are like plastic on my honda they were metal any how which is for the throttle open and which is for throttle close ?? I want the throttle tight in the beginning its a bit loose !
It's the one that is closer to the frontside of your bike. I ALWAYS tighten my throttle slack up because I'm so used to the instant response of the race carbs I used to have on my old bikes. With stock setup there is already a slight delay in power response which is more noticeable with slack in the cable. When you adjust the cable make sure you do it a little at a time and sit on the bike in the riding position with the engine running, turn the bars full lock to the left, rap the throttle, turn it full lock to the right, rap the throttle again, making sure you don't get stuck throttle. I have done this adjustment for a lot of friends and they can't believe the difference, some say it feels like a jet kit was installed. Another note: check your chain, you can lose 5 horsepower from an inadjusted or dry, kinked chain. Enjoy!!:hellobye
